1. Where are you all located?

We are currently servicing Metro Detroit and Metro Atlanta areas full time. We offer travel upon request.

2. Do I have to have designer items to receive services?

Absolutely not! We prioritize servicing a diverse group of clients and tailoring needs to their unique spaces and lifestyles. The idea of luxury is completely subjective, as we believe that luxury is merely a lifestyle and ultimately what you make it.

3. Do I have to buy my own hangers and other organizing supplies?

No, at Lot 19 we provide a variety of hanger and other supply options to fit your closet needs. Once supplies and decor has been selected, all can be paid for via direct invoice.

4. How long does each service take to finish?

Timing for each service varies by closet square footage and the quantity of items a client owns.
